Unfortunately, there is not much information available about cachaça. The drink is produced in the city of Cláudio, in the state of Minas Gerais. With 41% alcohol content, the distillate is stored in oak barrels and is ideal for drinking cold, preparing the traditional caipirinha, among other drinks and cocktails. Furthermore, it can be used to prepare culinary dishes, especially meat. Sensory notes: yellow, sweet aromas, woody, acidity, sugar and alcohol are present but in balance, medium-long finish.
