The still that makes this cachaça is located in Salinas, Minas Gerais, the most famous producing region in Brazil and which is also a specific IG/IP (Geographical Indication of Origin) for cachaça. In order to soften the drink, the cachaça is first stored in Jequitibá and Ipê barrels and then aged in Bálsamo barrels. After 2 years of aging in Brazilian wood, the cachaça is sold. It has a straw yellow color, light citrus tone, aromatic, floral, fruity and herbal, delicate notes of anise, fennel, fennel, alcohol, balanced sugar and acidity, integrated alcohol, long and elegant finish.
