The Brazilian spirits producer still has a lot to learn from Europe (Scotch whisky) from North America (Bourbon and Tennessee whiskey) and even from Mexico (Mezcal and Tequila). Most Brazilian cachaças do not have information on the label, on the internet, or on social media, unfortunately. This one that was posted, for example, was produced in the city of Patrocínio, state of Minas Gerais, aged in oak and nothing more was found about the producer or the cachaça. Notes: light yellow, aromas of dried fruit, spices, honey, sweetness present in integrated alcohol and medium finish.
