Sanhaçu brings its expertise with jequitibá-rosa, while Matriarca (BA), Gogó da Ema (AL) and Engenho Nobre (PB) brought their stainless steel cachaças and Gregório (PB) contributed with freijó. More than an exceptional blend, this initiative demonstrates the union between cachaça producers, revealing innovation to promote the Northeast. Storage, after being prepared, the blend spent 1 year resting in stainless steel to be bottled. Alcohol content 46% v/v very well integrated and does not show.
