MARKBRANDO 3.3

The brand owner acquired the cachaça produced by the neighboring distillery located on the Berro D’Água farm, in the city of Morro da Garça, Minas Gerais. The distillate without wood, therefore, is cachaça Lorena. The owner of the Casa Majur brand buys the cachaça Lorena and ages it in wooden barrels that he has on his farm on the slopes of the Cerrado Mineiro, where sugarcane is grown, harvested and transformed into a cachaça of excellent quality and flavor. Lorena's production follows the tradition of fermentation and distillation methods characteristic of the area, but since 1988 it has been constantly improving its production process. The drinks produced with adapted varieties of sugarcane use a specific soil, resulting in a unique flavor. Fermentation occurs naturally, using yeast from the sugarcane itself and cornmeal. To ensure quality, distillation is carried out in copper stills, and during the process only the head and tail fractions are carefully selected. Only the heart is preserved and transformed into the renowned Cachaças Lorena. However, Casa Majur cachaça does not have MAPA (government certification that allows the beverage to be sold), since the distillate is not aged by the same producer of Lorena, but by the buyer who owns the Casa Majur brand, who does not have a still. Notes: Golden, dried fruits, vanilla, caramel, present sweetness, integrated alcohol, medium-long finish.
