Since 1975, Fazenda Boa Vista, located in Piranga, state of Minas Gerais, has been producing artisanal cachaça distilled in a copper still. Among other factors, the characteristics of the soil contribute to the cultivation of sugarcane producing quality cachaça. Cachaça D’Vale Platinum BLACK 8 Years is the result of a blend of cachaças stored for 8 years in French oak barrels and American oak barrels. It is a fuller-bodied and aged cachaça, with a strong aroma of wood, which also has a touch of vanilla, spices, almonds and tobacco. Its intense caramel color is the result of a longer time in new oak barrels, which gave this cachaça a striking yet smooth flavor, characteristic of the best whiskey.
