The Pontinha farm in Papagaios/MG, Mr. The dreams of Eros Vieira's family was born. The family produces quality cachaças, maintaining all the traditionalism of the product, but combining it with modern production practices and quality control. One of the best distilleries in Brazil, Engenho Buriti's products delight the most demanding connoisseurs. Having been on the market for 15 years, the company stands out for producing a complete line of cachaças. Cachaça Engenho Buriti is made to the highest quality and made through selective harvesting of sugar cane, grinding and filtering the cane juice. Fermentation is based on wild yeast typical of the region and uses only sugar cane as a substrate. Distillation takes place in copper stills, being slow and fractional to determine only the heart. It is aged in American and French Oak barrels for 18 months before being blended and prepared for bottling. It has 40% alcohol content. The word "Cêbesta" is part of the Engenho Buriti Mineirities Collection. It was created to honor the people of Minas Gerais. Cachaça Engenho Buriti Cêbesta Carvalho e Ambura is produced from a surprising blend that combines the most Brazilian of aging woods, Amburana, with a touch of French and American Oak, used in the production of Whiskey and Cognacs. Aging for 18 months in Amburana and Carvalhos brings these two worlds into harmony, with a complex and delicious mix of flavors and sensations. Notes of chestnut and coconut from French Oak, and cinnamon, fruits and spices from Amburana mix together creating a unique experience. Ideal for tasting in small shots, accompanied by meat and cheese. It has 40% alcohol content. "Cêbesta!", a product from the Mineiridades collection at Engenho Buriti. A tribute to the people of Minas Gerais and their Minas Gerais communities. In Minas, when you want to say: "Stop being stupid"; or "Don't give me that..." you just say: "Cêbesta!"
