This Cachaça is stored for four years in amburana barrels(Brazilian wood). Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. It has a mild and fragrant taste. The light sweet touch makes the drink the favorite of cachaça lovers. The name is a reference to the producer Emiliano Vital de Souza, a retired colonel of the Military Police of Minas Gerais who, since adolescence, learned from his father to identify quality Artisan Cachaça.
