I didn't find much information about the cachaça or the producer. I also didn't find any technical data sheet. According to the friend who visited the still, the cachaça is produced by hand with quality standards and goes through barrels made from 3 different types of wood. Aromatic, sweetness from sugarcane and wood, acidity and alcohol in balance, medium finish.
