I didn't find much information about the cachaça or the producer. I also didn't find any technical data sheet. According to the friend who visited the still, the cachaça is produced by hand with quality standards and goes through barrels made from oak for 8 years. Aromatic, sweetness from sugarcane and wood, acidity and alcohol in balance, medium finish.
