Despite the well-made label, this cachaça and its still do not have registration or authorization to produce and has been operating clandestinely since 1989. The still and a producer's restaurant are located in the municipality of Sabará, state of Minas Gerais. The still operates in precarious conditions and the environment where the production is located it is neither hygienic nor healthy. Sensory analysis: transparent color, sweet aromas, chlorinated water, no sugarcane sweetness, medium-low acidity, medium-low finish. Woodless base in which the "head" and "tail" of the distillate are probably mixed so as not to have a loss in production.
