Libertas double-distilled cachaça matured in American Oak barrels and finished in Amburana barrels, has a light gold color and intense shine. This wood considerably reduces the acidity and alcohol content of the cachaça stored in it, resulting in a smooth and sweet drink. Highly perfumed, it gives a floral aroma of white flowers, with notes of vanilla, cloves, cinnamon and other spices. Its light and pleasant flavor is reminiscent of citrus fruits and dulce de leche.
