Cachaça Mineiriana is produced on Estrada Real, in Ipoema, a bucolic district of Itabira, in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais, a Brazilian province famous for producing cachaça. A small production made so that, when opening the bottle, the consumer can feel all the terroir. It is aged for two years in amburana barrels, a typically intense and aromatic Brazilian wood. Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. A pleasant distillate, with balanced sweetness and an aroma reminiscent of chocolate, honey, vanilla, chestnuts and cinnamon. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
