Founded in 2002 in the cerrado region of Minas Gerais, the still is located in the rural area of the municipality of Monte Alegre, state of Minas, production follows the most rigorous standards in all stages of the process, from natural fermentation, distillation in stills of covers and the use of only the heart. COLOR: from Sicilian lemon to bronze. AROMA: striking with characteristics of fruits, nuts, almonds and wood. TASTE: this is a slightly full-bodied drink, with a characteristic flavor of the chestnut fruit itself with a medium to long, very complex aftertaste. ORIGIN: Monte Alegre de Minas MG.
