There is not much information about cachaça and the still. Cachaça Opinião Ouro is produced in the city of Perdões, which is located in the state of Minas Gerais. With 38% alcohol content, the drink is stored in oak barrels, which gives the distillate a golden yellow color, notes of dried fruits, caramel and vanilla.
