The Alambique is located in the city of the same name, Peçanha, in the state of Minas Gerais. There is not much information about the cachaça on the label or on the internet. It has 42% alcohol content and is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. It has a straw yellow color, notes of dried fruits, almonds, a touch of vanilla, integrated alcohol, and a medium-high persistence.
