Cachaça Perseguida Ouro is produced in Congonhas, Minas Gerais, and is a blend of two woods aged for one year and six months in balsam and oak wood. In addition, it has a soft straw yellow color and an alcohol content of 44%. Finally, the drink will please those looking for a slightly woody alcoholic cachaça with a pleasant presence of the characteristic oils of balsam and oak, the latter to a lesser extent.
