Since 1946, Alambique Silva Marques has been the fruit of the passion and dedication of João da Silva Marques and Ana Marques. The founding couple created renowned cachaças: Cachaça Rainha da Lavoura, Cachaça Lourinha and Cachaça João Bigode. From father to son, this precious heritage has been passed down for over 75 years. Today, João Renato, his wife Rosane and their children are proud to carry on the legacy, maintaining the tradition. At Alambique Silva Marques, sustainability and quality go hand in hand. The sugarcane fields are cultivated responsibly, without burning, ensuring the essential sweetness and quality. Meticulous care is extended to each stage of the production process, from harvesting at the ideal stage of maturity to storage, which gives the cachaças unique characteristics and an unmistakable flavor. Not only traditions are preserved, but also historical treasures. The English-made boiler, dating back to 1808, is a historical heritage base, a symbol of the journey through the years.
