Alambique do Coronel was born from the long-held dream of owner Emiliano Vital de Souza. When he acquired a rural property in the city of Taquaraçu de Minas, the Roça do Coronel, the dream gave way to a meticulous and audacious project. Thus, Cachaças Engenho do Coronel were born. The cachaças are produced without the use of pesticides and in an artisanal manner, in a copper still. Each stage of production is overseen by the veteran founding colonel and a distiller. The concept of total quality is present from the beginning of the sugarcane planting to the distribution logistics, with everything planned with the objective of delivering to the consumer an excellent product, with unparalleled flavor and aroma. Cachaça Reserva do Coronel Carvalho, Amburana and Bálsamo 1000ml is a drink produced through a blend. Stored for two and a half years in oak, balsam and amburana barrels, it has an alcohol content of 40%. It is a noble and special distillate due to its striking balsam flavor, smooth and slightly sweetened by the influence of oak and amburana. A unique and fragrant Cachaça whose flavor will satisfy the most refined and demanding palates. The name is a reference to the producer Emiliano Vital de Souza, a retired colonel of the Military Police of Minas Gerais who, since his adolescence, learned from his father how to identify quality Artisanal Cachaças.
