Cachaça Wille was founded in 2015 by cousins and partners Tiago Flach and Vilson Schneider who created the distillery in Poço das Antas, in the Taquari Valley, Rio Grande do Sul. The distillery was established with the intention of preserving the quality and characteristics of small-scale artisanal production. The partners are involved in all phases of the cachaça production process, from the cultivation of sugar cane to the processing and marketing of the final product. The name "Wille" was a tribute to the partners' grandfather, Pedro Guilherme, affectionately known as Wille. In his time, he planted sugar cane to be processed in other distilleries in the region. His "currency" was a portion of the production, which he took home and aged in his barrel for his own consumption and for visitors. Currently, Cachaça Wille offers a variety of cachaças in different packaging, including Silver Cachaça, Cachaças Aged in Wooden Barrels (grapia, cabriúva, bálsamo, umburana and oak) and aged cachaça blends. Wille Carvalho Cachaça Texas Bottle 700ml has an alcohol content of 38%, its smoothness and dryness make it ideal to be enjoyed neat or as an ingredient in sophisticated cocktails. The careful aging in oak for one year and six months gives the drink a unique and striking flavor. In addition, this cachaça stands out in any collection, thanks to its elegant bottle.
