CACHAÇA ZECA OURO

ZECA OURO Carvalho is an export-quality cachaça produced according to Brazilian and European Union standards. Made on the Matos family estate for over 100 years, ZECA is distilled in copper stills using sugarcane cultivated by the family. Aged in American and European oak barrels, it presents a golden color, notes of caramel, vanilla, toffee, and a slightly spicy aroma. The name ZECA is a tribute to ‘ZECA’ de Matos, the first member of the family born in Brazil, son of the pioneer Antonio de Matos who courageously moved from Portugal in 1891 to settle in Eugenópolis, Zona da Mata, Minas Gerais. ZECA returned to Europe through his grandson, Marcos Matos. “My family and I are very proud to have our cachaça in England, Scotland, Belgium, and France.” Marcos is the proud grandson of ‘ZECA’ de Matos, whose inspiring legacy lives on through this magical drink. The label and logo for Cachaça ZECA were created in London to attract consumers worldwide. Marcos Matos and Tony Austin, the brand's owners, have the mission of bringing this cachaça to the world.
