For a white Puerto Rican Rum, I'd pick this over Bacardi or Don Q. Good for mixing drinks.
Caliche Rum
About this bottle
Mutually developed by model/Miami club promoter Rande Gerber and sixth generation distiller Roberto Serralles, Caliche is a super-premium white rum from Puerto Rico. The charcoal filtration process removes the color from what is actually a blend of rums from 3-5 years old, along with some solera-aged rum. The result is a smooth white rum with enough bite to stand up in classic cocktails.

Great taste for mixing. A little harsh on the intestines, although it goes down smoothly.
