About this bottle

This light rum was first introduced in 2005 by Moët Hennessy. 10 Cane has been through several versions; the latest was a moved production to Barbados in 2013. It is comprised of two rums. The first was a pot-distilled sugarcane juice rum that was aged around a year; the second was a molasses-based rum that was column-distilled and aged for around 7 years. Note: 10 Cane Rum has been discontinued as of 2015.

My favorite Rum thus far... unfortunately, there isn't much to choose from in my community, next time I travel to either Indianapolis or Chicago, I will try others... Spring isn't too far off!

I pick up a taste of lemon zest. Just ok neat, I’m sure it has its applications.

Clean forward notes. After taste questionable. Reminds me a botanical gin.
