A balanced Gin by William & Lucy Lowe of Cambridge Distillery in Cambridge, UK made using locally sourced botanicals, resulting in a series of gins that will constantly change in their recipe. The 2020 release is comprised of juniper & other core botanicals — includes lemon thyme, lemon verbena & lemon balm. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fresh herbs & citrus; while a rich & elegant life adds notes of juniper, pepper, Meyer lemon zest, cilantro, earth, basil & mint; that led to a crisp & dry death of medium length with notes of seasonal florals & zesty citrus.
