About this bottle
This is an additive free 100% agave tequila from Michoacán. It is made from estate grown agave that is cooked in a combination of stone ovens and autoclave and crushed/extracted in a combination of diffuser and roller mill. It undergoes open air fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks without fibers and is 2 x distilled in stainless steel tanks with copper coil. Additionally, it is aerated and carbon filtered before batch blending and bottling at 80 proof.
