This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. The agave is cooked by autoclave and extracted via roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is matured in a combination of new French and American oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-cognac casks for a total of 3 years.

A crisp, Agave Spirit with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood, dried fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of peach, celery, anise & thyme; that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, honey, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, leather, smoke & sea spray.
Tastes caramel and vanilla and brown sugar and funky fruity.
