This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. The agave is cooked by autoclave and extracted via roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. It is rested for at least 7 months in a combination of ex-cognac and ex-bourbon barrels.

A crisp, Agave Spirit with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of citrus, celery, anise & thyme; that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, honey, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, leather, smoke & sea spray.
