Canton Distillery Brand Bourbon

Nose: Very sweet. Caramel and vanilla forward. Palate: Honey, caramel, and vanilla on the palate. Not much more going on. Finish: A touch of oak on the throat. Simple smooth finish. Thoughts: Overall, very sweet but sippable.

Neck pour was terrible. Second tasting after some air is not bad. Simple and woody.
