About this bottle
The Distillers Edition is an annual limited edition series from Diageo featuring select single malt Scotch whisky distilleries in their portfolio. Each release is double matured (finished) in a selected cask. For Caol Ila, casks which held Moscatel sherry --a sweet, fortified dessert wine -- are used. Distilled in 2004, this release was bottled in 2016 at 86 proof.
