Caperdonich 1994 16 Year Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)

About this bottle

Caperdonich distillery was a producer of single malt Scotch whisky that operated from 1898 to 1902, and then again from 1965 to 2002. A year after being purchased by Pernod Ricard in 2001, the distillery was closed down. In autumn 2010, the distillery was demolished. The 1994 Signatory Vintage comes from the few barrels left from the original Caperdonich distillery. The 16 year whisky was distilled on September 4th, 1994, and bottled on May 7th, 2011.
