Cardamaro

Cardamaro is a wine-based aperitif, infused with cardoon and blessed thistle and aged in oak. Like Cynar, but much lighter, more sherry-like, and less bitter. Sweet like vermouth, with citrus added. Mix in place of sweet vermouth, like Punt e Mes.

Love it straight but it’s also great with Pisco and Cochi Americano.
