Casa San Matias Carmesí 1886 Tequila Anejo is a rich, Agave Spirit by Carmen Villarellay for Casa San Matias [NOM 1103] in Jalisco, Mexico aged for at least 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, wood & spice; while a rich life adds notes of oak, vanilla & agave syrup; that led to a candied & creamy death of medium length with notes of butterscotch & toffee.
