About this bottle

Following an initial launch of tequila sodas, Casa Azul has released a trio of USDA certified organic tequilas — a blanco, a reposado, and an añejo. Each expression is made with 100% Blue Weber agave from a single estate and has no additives. This añejo bottling aged in American oak for over a year before bottling. With this tequila launch also comes the announcement of Mexican-born actress Eiza González joining the brand as an investor. Available in select US markets beginning April 2023, this añejo tequila has an SRP of $129.

An elegant, Single Estate, Agave Spirit by the Montes Family in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico [NOM 1480] crafted with a stone oven & rested for 12-13 months in ex-Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cider & caramel; that led to a warm, bourbon lover's death of medium length with hints of pepper, cinnamon, dark chocolate, toasted oak & earth. June 2023
