Casa Del Sol was co-founded by Mexican-American actress, producer, director, and activist Eva Longoria. It is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is aged 4 months in French oak and ex-cognac barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV and available as of September, 2021.

MPR- Great sipper and light mixer. Spent the week at the Grand Canyon with this bottle. Vanilla nose and caramel creamey flavor make it a top choice. Some times straight up and other times with a pour of Pineapple Strawberry LaCroixe. Either way a nice end to a night feeling high end, after active vacation adventures in a national park lodge. AKR- donut filling vanilla nose with banana caramel taste.
Here, the vanilla of the blanco has moved into caramel and butterscotch territory. The Cognac influence comes through with crisp, bright high notes of brandy sweetness, adding an unusual dessert-like character. Again, the agave seems subdued, but the flavors work well together.
