This whiskey is new one for me. A wheat whiskey that was aged, and then the whiskey was dumped and the barrels were filled with a 14% Imperial Stout. Not sure how long for first aging or how long the stout was in the barrels. Then the whiskey went back into the barrel for 14 months. Sure why not. Vanilla with a little buttered toast. Not a bad sipper with a dash of water.
