This is the 3rd release of the brand's Bottled-in-Bond series, coinciding with its 12th anniversary. According to BIB standards, it was produced in a single, though unspecified season (although it must be at least 4 years old). It is bottled at 100 proof, with 400 cases available as of July, 2021.

Cedar Ridge has a very distinct note to me and I wish I could pinpoint where it comes from. I think part of it is the corn, and it sometimes feels young, but I also think the malt comes through and is a little grapey.
