Cedar Ridge Reserve Iowa Bourbon is made with the same mash bill as its Iowa Straight Bourbon which is 74% Iowa-grown corn, 14% malted rye, and 12% two-row malted barley. But instead of a three-year minimum aging, this Reserve version is aged at least 5 years.
