About this bottle
This tequila expression—produced by Eleana Nunez, head of the Mujeres del Mezcal y Maguey de Mexico, Finos Distillery Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes, and Master Blender Alejandro Garcia Páez—is made using a similar technique to mezcal. Here, 100% blue Weber agave is roasted over a wood fire before crushing and fermentation. It is a reposado style that is rested for 2 months in oak. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
