Tried the older round cylinder 3 year old bottle. Great stuff with notes of agave, apples, pepper, cinnamon, caramel, and a little chocolate.

Centinela Extra Anejo Tequila is produced by Casa Centinela (NOM 1140) in the Los Altos (Highland) region of Jalisco, Mexico. Made using 100% blue weber agave, it matures slowly for 3 years in barrels that previously aged American bourbon.
