(bottle 314) is an elegant, unfiltered, cask-strength, eaux-de-vie from Armagnac, France crafted with a blend of 65% Ugni Blanc & 35% Colombard; aged for 27 years in Gascon oak casks & bottled at 46% abv. in January 2021. It has an aromatic birth of tree fruits, nuts, wood & spices; while a rich & complex life adds notes of candied pineapple, gooseberry, flaky pastry & hazelnut cream; that led to a bold death of medium length with notes of rancio, chocolate, brown sugar, tobacco, oak, flint & smoke.
