Chattanooga Single Barrel Bourbon (Spec's Pick)

This one is so weird. You actually start off with dark prune, some lighter caramel, vanilla, even some chocolate and then back to the fruits with some plum, cherry and raspberry. Some strange dill notes come through closer to the end along with allspice, pecan, and mild earth. the finish is easy, full of cherry, dill and pepper. Really unique pick from specs and chattanooga, for the price its killer! After looking at the mashbills included in this im blown away. B004, B005, SB055 and SB091 are the mashbills, with B004 making me especially scratch my head with an addition of peated malted barely!!
