The seventh release in the Barrel Finishing Series uses finishing casks from Grand Rapids, Michigan that previously held late-harvest maple syrup. As with earlier editions in the series, the distillers selected a unique mash bill specifically designed to complement the finishing casks. For this release, they used a combination of two bourbon recipes: SB076, a four-grain, three-malt mash bill featuring two types of aromatic malt, and the distillery’s signature Barrel 91 recipe. After spending a year in the maple syrup casks, the whiskey was bottled at 95 proof. Available in limited quantities beginning August 2025. (SRP $59.99)
