The fourth release in the Chattanooga Whiskey's limited edition barrel finishing series features a whiskey made from a blend 3 bourbon mash bills, including a wheated bourbon recipe with three varieties of toasted and roasted wheat malts. It's aged for over five years including the 2 years in white port casks. Available in select markets beginning February 2024 and at the brand's Experimental Distillery in downtown Chattanooga. Peaches, peaches, peaches... All I can think of is Bowser's song with this beaut. The note just does not go away and begs for another sip. Sure, it's got that malty Chattanooga note and is a little youthful, but it just might pair with ice cream...
