Chestnut Farms Double Cask Finished Bourbon

Chestnut Farms 6-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a very good, elegant, cask strength, non-chill filtered, Kentucky Straight Bourbon by Master Distiller Danny Khan for Barton 1792 Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky crafted with water from the Tom Moore Spring, aged for 6 years in American white oak & double casks finished before being bottled at 50% ABV (100 Proof). It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, dark fruit, wood, nut & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of cocoa, rye spice, oak & toasted almonds; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of oak, brown sugar & rye.
