Chestnut Farms 8-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a very good, elegant, cask strength, non-chill filtered, Kentucky Straight Bourbon by Master Distiller Danny Khan for Barton 1792 Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky crafted with water from the Tom Moore Spring, aged for 8 years in American white oak barrels & bottled at 62.5% ABV (125 Proof). It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, dark fruit, wood, nut & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of cocoa, rye spice, oak & toasted almonds; that led to a long & warm death with notes of rye.
