A familiar nose with perhaps only a slight essence of cornichon. Overall, very lemon and juniper forward. On the palate, things are smooth and bright, with just a hint of salinity and dill coming through along with the usual suspects. The addition of pickles is a subtle effect and one that works well in gin Martinis. A flavorful and enjoyable addition to Citadelle's portfolio.
