Cliff Falls Kentucky Straight Bourbon

An elegant, High Rye Sour Mash Kentucky Straight Bourbon by Owensboro Distilling Company in Kentucky crafted with local ingredients & pure Kentucky water; with a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye & 9% malted barley. It was aged for 4 years in American white oak barrels before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruit, grain, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of grilled orange, coriander, mint chocolate, vanilla custard & caramel; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with notes of barley, pepper & oak. Fair bourbon, gets better after some air. Classic pleasant tone (vanilla butterscotsch some nuts), a lottle harsh at the end. Good gir the price

Pretty good for cheap. Would repurchase it for a large party or poker night.
