Clyde May's Single Barrel Straight Bourbon (Total Wine)

Bright brown sugar and graham cracker notes with underlying cinnamon and baking spice. Subtle, carried by the barrel strength. Rich, a little off balance towards the spice. Excellent around Christmastime.

Full of vanilla, hints of apricot, and nutmeg. Maybe some strawberry or a fruit that gives it a sweetness. Solid choice for the price.

A bit of wood and hard-boiled eggs.
