Coal Ila 10 year Sherry Cask (Adelphi)

Tasted at Dornoch Whisky Festival. Bottle hasn’t been released to public at this time, so it didn’t even have a proper label. Starts with a sweet taste of berries and fruit, quickly turning to a strong flavor of smoke you would expect from a Coal Ila. Medium to long linger on the palette of smoke.
