May have a little bias here as I worked on this project so full disclosure on that up front. Taste- Heavier mouth feel even with the higher proof, up front notes of black pepper, sweet pear, dried fruits and a bite of citrus. Nose- Sweet , vanilla and dried fruits and slight. Finish - Rolling notes of sweet vanilla and oak that lingers just long enough.
